I don't know where Zmodem program is at.  Search ground
archive (find it by googling FAQ Apple II Rubywand)

Zmodem is just the protocol used to transfer.  It will not
do the conversion.  Crossworks might convert it for you.

You can use Crossworks to transfer any type of file.
"choose any type of file to send", "no conversion"
in crossworks.
