I'm considering Buying one of those
Apple 2e cards for the MAC LC-II. Is it
a worthy alternative to a real 2e?
what are some of the specs? can I use the
LC's hard drive with it? how about
the memory?

I consider the Apple IIe card to be the cheapest
way to get an Apple IIe with a SCSI controller
plus a superdrive controller.

Apple has the manual available for download.
It is 1.8MB and in Acrobat format.

I have one of the cards and just put it in a LCIII+ but have not started it up yet ... Since it is compatible with the Unidisk 3.5 I guess it should also work with the Chinook SmartPort drive as well?

I will have to give that a try.
