I have a ton of disk II controllers
and Super serial cards. You coud
desolder all the components, drill
4 holes, put a wire wrap board on
them ($2.00 at radio shack) with
standoffs.

$15.00 shipped for a disk II or
super serial card.

Well when this came up a week or so ago, I suggested stealing
the fingers off an existing board. One could use an ISA board,
cut off the connector fingers, and cut it down to fifty pins. I
think when I was looking at doing that, it was feasible. One trick,
though, is that some boards they don't bother with all the fingers,
which may be an issue depending on what signals are needed.

One technique that others have used is to use a standard ISA
proto board, and cut it down (including the edge connector)
to Apple-size.
