In the original monitor ROM:

 FEF6-FECD (41 bytes)
 FEFD-FF2B (47 bytes)
 FCC9-FD0B (67 bytes)

Even with shared functions like NXTA1, the whole thing is under 200 bytes.
Autostart ROM locations will be different, but general idea is the same.
Not a lot of room to add features.

Something I'd like to see in AppleWin: cassette player emulation, so you
can feed a WAV file to it.  Some early games can't be played (without
modification) because they load and save data on tape.  The only awkward
part is providing UI to position the virtual cassette tape read head.
