I had a look at these docs. Quality is too low for OCR (300 dpi and better
contrast required).

But I can read then and made a (shortened) translation of the first pages:

2.1

16K EPROM-RAM card

2716 EPROM's and 6116 SRAM can be used

Banks switched, soft switched, parallel to ROM and I/O area

Four address ranges (see Bild 1)

A:  parallel to Apple monitor, 
Independent from other ranges, can be used after Reset to replace monitor ROM

B: independent from A or together, can be switched in with softswitches

C: I?O strobe address range, like firmware on Apple I/O cards. Usable for I/O
drivers

D: only to be used when the other ranges are not convenient. When activated the
I/O range is switched off and no I/O is poosible except video

Most soft switches are used from the DEV-Select address of the slot: so the
softswitch addresses are slot dependent
Remark: X= slotnumber + 8 (in hex) n = slotnumber

2.2.1 Upper 2K range (A)

Switched in when writing to C0x3. The memory is now available as F800-FFFF.
Switched off when writing to C0x0, making the Apple monitor available again

2.2.2 Upper 12K range (B + A)

Switched in when writing to C0x1. 
The memory is now available as F800-FFFF.
Switched off when writing to C0x0, making the Apple monitor and Basic available
again
 
2.2.3 Upper 12K range (B)

Switched in when writing to C0x5. 
The memory is now available as F800-FFFF.
Switched off when writing to C0x4, making the Apple monitor and Basic available
again

2.2.4 I/O range (C)

Switched in when writing to Cn00 - CnFF. 
No the RAM/ROM can be read and written to C800 - CF00
Switched off when writing to CF00-CFFF

2.2.5 I/O slot range 

Switched in when writing to C0x7. 
Switched off when writing to CF00-CFFF
Reqaires the USer1 - jumper on the Apple motherboard, next tot slot 7, see Bild

2.3 Autostart

The RST vector can be switched to the EPROM-RAM card by closing the Power-on
jumper. 
F800-FFFF is now taken from the card.

2.4 Using CMOS RAM's/EPROMS

The DIL switch allows switching on the IC: ON means switched on

The switches are numbered so that switch 1 = C000-C7FF, switch 2 C800 - CFFF and
so on.

When using RAM IC's the buffered accu power can be used: solder jumpers on the
backside of the board, see pictures
Loetbrucke = solder jumper, AKKU-Puffering = Accu powered, see bild 4
