Need card Identified, please.

On my server under "Pics", there is a file of this card
called "Unknown.gif". If anyone has seen, heard of, or
actually owns one, please forward info to me. I received
this card inside a clone computer which is now trashed,
as it has more problems than I care to deal with.

Anyway, I hope this is what I think it is, a language
card or ramdisk card. Yes, 2 x 6116 ram chips are missing.
