The Macally One Button Mouse works fine on the IIgs.Most ADB mice and trackballs seem to work with the IIgs but a notable exception is Version 4 of the Kensington Turbo Mouse. Versions 3 and 5
do work.Here's a few others that I have that work with the IIgs though on the multi button mice the buttons are usually just click buttons
