For what it is worth, apparently Apple was initially planning to support
Integer Basic by providing INTEGER.SYSTEM as a Integer Basic replacement
for BASIC.SYSTEM in ProDOS 1.0.x.  In 1983 INTEGER.SYSTEM was even
distributed to developers as part of the ProDOS pre-release before being
scrapped.
