Beagle Bros' "Extra K" included a program called HYBRID.CREATE to

Hmm. I'm looking at Extra_K_DOS3.3.dsk from asimov, and I don't see
a file called "DOS.SYSTEM". Is there a second disk I don't see, or could
you be confusing Extra K with DOS Master?

No, it's on the ProDOS side of Extra K.
