There was a program published in Nibble (August 1985, IIRC...either that or
October 1985) that would make hybrid disks.  I punched it in once years ago,
but ended up not getting much use out of it as I mostly used ProDOS (much
faster disk access, and having started with the II in '85, I didn't have a
big stash of DOS 3.3 stuff to have to deal with).
