Which is better isn't as important as what do you want to do? Both
controllers are fast and capable.
If you want to interface a CD-ROM, tape drive and a hard drive, the RamFAST
is the way to go (or Apple High Speed). If all you want to interface is a
IDE hard drive, the MicroDrive is a good option.
Being SCSI, the RamFAST is more versatile.
