Mockingboard D

Just curious if anybody out there has a copy of the software that came with 
this?  From what I have read the software is different for the Mockingboard 
D (thte //c or //c+ version) as opposeed the A/B/C.  I look on asimov and on 
ly saw the one for the regular card version.  If anybody can point me to 
where it might be downloaded, or if they could email me a copy in .dsk 
format, or I would even pay to pay a copy sent to me I would appreciate it.
