Not true. I use .D64 images with my real C64 more often than I use a real
floppy disk, Nick Coplins 64HDD program allows this. Maurice Randall has
also said that CMD HD DOS+ will also support mounting of D64 images too.

Vice seems to handle this situation very well, if the C1 C64 core can have
the same level of compatability then we should all be happy.
