	You're welcome. Bill and Call-A.P.P.L.E. have been doing this longer than
we have at DC. They have a whole infrastructure set up for products. In
terms of a time frame... If he weren't on the base, I'd say it would take
a couple of weeks. Mostly for shipping and customs. Since the American
military keeps him away from home for long periods of time... Who knows.
If I had *any* product beyond a couple of back issues of the magazine and
a way to confirm orders, I'd mail it myself. If you were in Southern
Manitoba, I'd deliver it in person (I really need to get out of the house
after three weeks of steady writing). ;-)

	I'll let everybody know a little company business here... Bill and I are
more than a little concerned with how long things are taking lately. The
organization is spread over four cities, three countries, and two
continents. We're looking at moving certain parts of the operation back to
Washington state. The idea was this would speed shipping and avoid customs
for the largest number of customers. That's where we were at when the
American military decided they wanted him on base full time... I've only
heard from him twice over the last nine or ten months, so I'm not sure how
far along the arrangements are.
