Heh heh... if you read his original post he says:

"If I buy 2e diskette drive from eBay, can I plug
that to the serial port on my XP machine?"

So he is willing to buy some hardware to do the job. An Apple IIc would
work, just connect the video to a TV...

However, your offer is his best bet, unless we can get him hooked on
Apple II's again.  ;-))
