I'd suggest that your communications is NOT working if you can't get
files to transfer. Especially if you can't get ADT or DOS33 to type in
properly. I'd suggest you get a hold of a real Apple II diskette with
ADT already on it to run on your IIe. Then and fix the cable or speed
setting that is causing the problem once you have a known good ADT.
I (Or someone else if you prefer) can send you a diskette, but I can't
really help you troubleshoot your issue form the description you have
provided.
