I actually got files transferred, by using a different program (i.e., Windows 3.0 Terminal). So, at this point, I have the correct ADT on my DOS 3.3 disk. The problem now is that, while I try to receive from the PC, it now waits forever for the PC to send, once I tell it to send the disk. (I'll try working on that.)
