Pricing it at $500 is fishing for that one person who is willing to buy it 
for that.  If that fish doesn't come along...you lower the price later and 
see if the fish start biting...  Perfectly logical thing to do.  Or you 
could put it on ebay for some sniper to get for a ridiculously low price...
