Re: Hard Drives for 40 meg vulcan

Greg,

You can remove hard drive 40 meg out of Vulcan power supply by opening
the power supply unit, but please be very careful and cautious of electrical
shock.
You can install two hard drives as IDE that has 2GB each. It would be
first hard drive 2GB and second hard drive 2GB. You can obtain Turbo IDE
controller card from //SHHH Systeme from Germany. I have one in my own that
I like it very much. It is like RAM disk because it is running very
quickly.
Turbo IDE has its own software that it allows you to partition 2GB into
32MB or less for ProDOS while 2GB can be used for HFS. It works GS/OS 6.0.1
very well.
