The Mac better handle HFS volumes, being that IS what
it is made to handle. :o) The version of ProDOS is
not important except when trying to format 32MB volumes,
I think. V1.4 and above should be ok for your application,
but, again, it is unimportant to the Mac. Just need maybe
a 10-20MB ProDOS partition on the drive, and you can do
one if the empty space is available using the SCSI utils
which are included with the Mac OS. :o)
