Comparing the two cards, it looks like the edge connector is in a different
location on each.  The auxiliary slot is in a different location in NTSC
IIes (next to the power supply) than it is in PAL or SECAM IIes (in line
with slot 3, IIRC...haven't ever looked inside one myself), and so different
versions of the Softcard might've been necessary for the two machine types.
