You're right, Scott - the Aux slot is in line with Slot 3, so that
probably explains the different layout (drop me a line by e-mail if you
want internal and/or external pics of my SECAM and PAL //es).
I don't think it is a vanilla Softcard //e after all - the info on
<http://user.chollian.net/~spix/hardware/hw_coprocessor.html> indicates
it was the Premium Softcard //e which had the Z-80B chip, which my card
definitely does. It has 8 x Oki M3764-20RS chips, too, which I think are
64kilobit chips, so that makes 64KB RAM, once again, pointing to the
Premium card.
So, my now my bet is that it is a Premium Softcard //e for the models
with the Aux slot in line with Slot 3.
Thanks for the help on that - still after docs if anyone has them in
electronic format :)
