Beneath Apple DOS?

Hi,
I am a blind person, and have heard a lot about "Beneath Apple Dos".  I'd
like to get hold of this book.  However, being blind, I'd have to find a
copy somewhere, then scan it in, correct any OCR errors, etc. which is a
pain.  So does anybody know where I could find a text/html/etc. scan of the
book?  Unfortunately, scanned pictures of the pages E.G. jpg/gif/tif
wouldn't do me much good as I'd still have to OCR them, and depending on the
quality of the scans, there might still be errors.  Normally I wouldn't be
so concerned with OCR errors, but in the case of peeks, pokes, etc. one
misrecognized digit or letter can make the difference between life and
death!  Well, of whatever you're trying to do at least!
