What exactly would be the procedure to transfer a '.SHK' file to my
Apple? I use ADT to do disk transfers ('.DSK') between my PC and my
Apple.

I will need to do some manipulating of the image on the PC to make it
compatible for ADT transfer, since ADT does not transfer anything that
is not Dos-Ordered files. What utilities will I need to do such a
conversion and transfer?
