Yes, they're in ProDOS order.  That would present a problem for anything
that requires DOS order.  The solution in your URL should fix it.
CiderPress can convert between formats if you prefer menus. :-)

Of course, there's a different solution: if ADT works, then a zmodem
transfer should also work.  Transfer the SHK image over and unpack it
to a disk with ShrinkIt.  This requires that you have ShrinkIt on the
target system, of course, which can make things chicken-and-egg like,
but I'm sure there's a DOS-ordered ShrinkIt disk image around.
