Extract the disk image, e.g.:
nulib2 x foo.sdk
The extracted file is a ProDOS-ordered disk image. (It's in ProDOS order
because that's how ShrinkIt stores images.) See Rubywand's post for a tip
on changing the sector order, or run CiderPress, extract the disk, then use
Tools->Disk Image Converter to convert it to an unadorned DOS-ordered file.
