You can:
 - Find a copy of that file exchange stuff that's part of Mac OS (not
   being a Mac guy, I don't know what's involved here);
 - Get a copy of ADFS for the Mac (http://www.lazilong.com/apple_II/adfs/);
 - Use GS/OS instead of ProDOS 8 and just write HFS floppies from the
   Apple II.
