No idea. I don't have access to that area. You'd best ask Bill. His
e-mail address should be on the web page. In any event, the September,
October and (in a couple of weeks) November issues are on the Digital
Civilization site free. Additionally the previews (the articles I wrote)
for the missing months are there, again for free.
