I don't represent Woz - I just had the pleasure of meeting him during KFest
2003 and listening to him speak and answer questions. Your question is
similar enough to several he was asked and I feel confident I could probably
guesstimate and paraphrase a response (but  I won't)... I can tell you he
said he spends a lot of time teaching, doing public speaking engagements and
is heavily involved in his charitable causes. I strongly doubt he would have
time, or significant interest in such a project.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained though - despite any mystique or
hero-worship placed on him by devoted Apple II fans, he's very approachable
and acts like "one of the guys". He strikes me as someone who knows he made
a contribution to society, but still very humble about it all. If you want
to get his attention, I suggest you start off with a tough (but fun) puzzle
or a good joke - he's intelligent and has a great sense of humor.
