Ok, where does it all go?

I have a problem that some of you will consider funny.  Some of you 
might be upset with me, but I've got to ask anyway.

I don't know where this stuff goes.

I have (or will shortly have) the following cards to install in my Apple 
IIgs Rom 03.  I'm not sure how to put them all in to get the most 
efficacious use of the system.  If you can help me assign them to a 
slot, I'd appreciate it.

Here are the cards:

Apple Rev C SCSI card (with Apple CD 600e)
Apple Superdrive controller card (with Apple 3.5 1.44k superdrive)
LanceGS 
Rev 1.02 ZIPGSx
CFFA card with 512mb CF card
RAM-4-GS 
Super Serial Card
I have 2 Apple 3.5" 800k drives daisychained to 2 Apple 5.25" 


I know this:

RAM SLOT 	Ram-4-GS 
Slot 7		CFFA card - to boot from the CF Card (set to MYCARD)

But the rest is fuzzy.

Anyone wanna help?
