Definitely an 80 column card for a II or II+. I have one that's exactly
the same. Plug the card in slot 3, the male rca jack into the video
out and the female to a cable going to your monitor. It's one of the
ones I like the best as there's a built-in soft switch. My first 80
column card didn't have the soft switch so every time I switches from
40 to 80 column or back I had to manually switch the monitor cable
from the computers video output to the cards and back. Bought a video
switch pretty quick but it was still a pain. I think this was the card
I replaced it with.
