In DOS 3.3 the command is 'INIT HELLO', 

and in ProDOS you need a utility such as: 

CopyIIPlus, Shrinkit3.4, System Utils., etc... 
And you need to copy PRODOS and BASIC.SYSTEM 
to it to boot it and have access to AppleSoft.
