You should ask someone who was actually there if you want more/accurate
information.
At KFest last year someone brought in a *prototype* USB card. I gather it
was a multi-function card with a USB port. I don't know if it was for the
GS only. Regardless, it was a "show stopper". From the sounds of it the
hardware did what it was supposed to. The only thing holding it back was
the driver. I guess it's still being worked on. Lots of people here want
them. It will be ready when it's ready...
If it is almost done, Waynes meeting would be a great place to show it
off.
