I use Linux.  Software available from http://netatalk.sourceforge.net/.
I use an EtherWave AppleTalk printer adapter on my IIgs to convert
AppleTalk to EtherTalk.

If you search this newsgroup with Google Groups, you should be able to find
a number of discussions on the subject.
