Yet another question for Bill and Michael.
I think the input to the delay circuit needs to be phase-1, not phase-0.
This is another difference between the two schematics in discussion.

My thoughts on this are:
- phase-0 and phase-2 are mostly in phase - the question is how to
delay phase-0 to make a psuedo phase-2.
- phase-1 (as available on the apple bus) is directly out of phase
with phase-0.
- since we need phase-2 and we're using 3 inverters (which
ultimately inverts the phase of the first input) we should be putting
in phase-1 rather than phase-0
