Essentially yes.

Also SOME (a very few) news server WILL strip out attachmemnts fromnon-binary groups. Also some ISP's and usenet providers consideruploading an attachemnet to a non binary group to be a TOS and or AUPviolation.


But 99% of the time, it works (posting attachments), and no-one complains.
