My ISP, like a lot of newer ones, doesn't provide a news server, so I 
use the free one provided by Individual.net. They don't carry any of the 
binary groups, which doesn't matter to me, but they also remove 
attachments from postings in the rest of the groups. Mind you, they also 
remove a lot of the spam posts too.
