The memory expansion card I was adding chips to had 150 ns chips. So
does the motherboard it came with.
The ROM 3s I have handy have 100ns RAM while the couple of ROM 1 I have
handy have 150ns. All the IIgs memory card manufacturers seem to
recomend either 150 or more often 120ns RAM
