That's the rating.  The IIgs runs it at about 2.86 MHz.

That seems reasonable.  If Apple used 150 ns parts in their logic board
and memory expansion board, they must meet the technical requirements.

The IIgs Hardware Reference did not give enough details to determine the
maximum allowable access time.  I've fairly certain that 200 ns is not
adequate.  (It might seem to work, but probably won't be reliable.)
