Reportedly they did at one time but they appear to now require a minium

However, all isn't lost. :) You can order single chip(s) for $5.75 each
plus a nominal shipping fee from a trustworthy person who did a group
buy a while ago of the 816-14 (MHz) PLCC chips.
At least, I think the TWGS uses a 816 PLCC chip (as opposed to the usual
816 DIP chip). Correct me if I'm wrong on that, please.

happy to provide you with the name and email address of the seller. I'm
not posting it here because I don't want it to get spam-harvested.
You could then ask if he's got <whatever number> in stock and for his
mailing address.
