I'm not sure what you mean by a disk image.  I have figured out how to
copy the disks but it appears that is not what you are asking.  You
can email me with clarification if you like.  If you simply mean
copies of the disks, I have done that and would be happy to send them
to you to make more copies to distribute whereever.
