Depends upon what you are planning to run.  Most DOS 3.3 based
software only requires 48KB to run.  The main exception would be
Integer Basic programs that will need the language card to load
Integer Basic or an Integer Basic ROM card.  ProDOS based software
almost always requires the additional 16K provided by the language
card.

Recommendation: I'd get a language card.  They are east to find on
eBay and are inexpensive.
