D'OH! Ctrl-B to cold-start, stupid. Ctrl-C is a warm-restart. I plead 
too many years away from being a *PROPER* II-geek :)

Yep, but any other method of calling the code that lives at $C600 should 
work just as well. Who needs orthodoxy? This is an Apple we're talking 
about here - Think different! :)
