Could you provide a pic of the area inside the case
of the motherboard, and possibly a list of the ROM
chips? This might help us to better understand the
problem. Maybe there is an incorrect ROM installed,
or maybe there is a ram IC missing where a language
card would have plugged in. Give us a little more
detail please.
