Using a terminal program from your PC/Mac or whatever modern computer you have, send dos.dmp over to the apple II. Here's how:
Turn on Apple II and type in IN#3 (or whatever your super serial card is set at). I set mine up at 9600 baud and it copied over just
fine.
On the PC bring up hyperterminal. Set the baud rate to match the Apple II and no flow control. Type in something on the PC just to
make sure you can see it typing in on the Apple II. If you can do this your set for the next step.
Select Transfer from the top menu items on hyper terminal, select "send text file" and select the dos.dmp file that is on asimov.
This will send the RAM version of Dos over onto the apple II. When it's done type "INIT HELLO" with a blank disk in your drive. This
will format your dos disk for you.

Yes you are correct, but if you send over dos.dmp 1st, then INIT a blank disk you have dos.

Tim is correct on this and I've tried the procedure a couple of weeks ago just to verify all the steps. This is how you get DOS and
ADT when you have NO DOS.
