up on ebay for 10 days is a working (far as I know) RAMFactor Card.

I'm not completely sure the total Ram on the board, if any knows, please
post... it has 32 Chips, marked 256K or 256bytes? Here is some info...
* For Apple II 50pin Expansion slot, not for Apple //e AUX slot.
* 1MByte capacity. Apple II Expansion memory card specification. Under
this specification, maximum memory size is 1MByte, but RamFactor card
can control up to 16MByte or more.
* It can work as RAMDISK under ProDOS, DOS3.3 and GS/OS.
* It has 16bit CPU(65816 or 65802) connectable internal bus.
