I'm not completely sure the total Ram on the board, if any knows, please post... it has 32 Chips, marked 256K or 256bytes? Here is some info...

*  For Apple II 50pin Expansion slot, not for Apple //e AUX slot.
* 1MByte capacity. Apple II Expansion memory card specification. Under this specification, maximum memory size is 1MByte, but RamFactor card can control up to 16MByte or more.

* It can work as RAMDISK under ProDOS, DOS3.3 and GS/OS.
* It has 16bit CPU(65816 or 65802) connectable internal bus.

Hope someone can put it to good use...

If all 32 chips are KM41256-15 then it's a 1mb card. Some versions

of Appleworks can use it for a larger desktop. It's very similiar to the Apple II Expansion memory card except the RamFactor has a utility in ROM
that lets you partition it and choose the active partition.
