All IIc+ I know accept 110V only. You will need a transformer (or, for
the more risk-taking, a 60W lightbulb) to get the correct voltage.
It may be possible to change the PSU primary side from voltage doubler
to bridge rectifier mode. Look at the Apple II Europlus schematic how
this is done.
