        I did open the PSU, but I couldn't see any obvious way of
using it with 220V (like, say, a switch marked 110/220 V :-)

        I also checked Apple's support pages, and they, too,
indicated that the PSU is 110V only.

        If you find a way of modifying the PSU, I'd be very interested
to hear about it.
