If the layout is about the same of the IIgs PSU it's only a matter of
soldering a single wire between two contacts: well, not really "contacts", I
mean the small circular area of the PCB where the terminal of components are
soldered but in this moment I forgot the right english word... :-D

I tried (succesfully) this trick looking inside a common PC PSU and
searching the same points in the IIgs PSU and I noticed that working in 110V
or 220V was only a matter of how two big capacitors were connected and the
status was selected with a little switch "110/220" on the PC PSU.
I put them in the the same configuration on the IIgs PSU and it worked.
Unfortunately I've not the IIgs anymore to tell you where are the 2 points
to short BUT if inside the //c+ PSU there are these two (identical in farad
value and voltage) big capacitors (usually just near the voltage input)
there are good chances to do the same on the //c+ too ;-)

This kind of circuit should be called something like "voltage partitioning"
